How to cancel a subscription or get a refund
Apple or Google handles cancellations and refunds, so cancel in your iPhone Settings under Subscriptions or in Google Play, not by deleting the app. You keep Premium until the period ends.
Subscriptions are billed by Apple or Google, so you cancel or ask for a refund with them. Deleting the app or your account does not cancel your subscription.
See your subscription in the app
If you pay for Premium, open the app's menu and tap Unlocked! to see and manage your subscription. If someone else on your account pays, only they can cancel it.
Cancel on iPhone or iPad
- Open Settings and tap your name.
- Tap Subscriptions.
- Tap the app's subscription, then Cancel Subscription.
See Cancel a subscription from Apple.
Cancel on Android
- Open the Google Play Store app.
- Go to your subscriptions in Google Play.
- Tap the app's subscription, then Cancel subscription.
See Cancel, pause, or change a subscription on Google Play.
After you cancel
You keep Premium until the end of the period you paid for. To avoid being charged after a free trial, cancel before the trial ends.
When the period ends, you keep everything you logged, and nothing is deleted. The people on your account stay on it, and lose the Premium features they had through your plan. If you subscribe again later, everyone gets Premium back right away.
Get a refund
- Apple: request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com. See Request a refund from Apple.
- Google Play: see Google Play refund policies. If Google can't help, open Help in the app and tap Contact us.
Apple decides on refunds for App Store purchases, and we can't refund them for you.
